well maybe it was the 83 Vette he was trying to sell. They broke down so much that you had to drag them from shop to shop!

I had read that they made a hand full of 83 vette's (5 or 8)then crushed all but 1 or 2.
Call your autoparts guy and try too order parts for them ,they will look for ever scratching there heads. :lol: :lol: :lol: |
They made 47 83 Corvettes...the one in Bowling Greene is the only one known to still exist. They started selling 1984 Vettes in February of 83.

I never knew they built ANY 83 vettes. I thought they spent the whole year tooling up for the 84's. Did they look like the 82's or 84's?
