I agree. I am sure there is a budget which must meet or exceed LY #'s. Use it or loose it... it is not troubling to them... becasue YOU pay for it. LOL.

There's a theory out there that if you "Practice" with low power target wadcutters you won't be prepared for the muzzleblast and recoil of the issue ammunition . .

That's kind of BS because any of us who have sat at a bench and got the crap beat out of them while sighting in a large caliber hunting rifle and then going into the field and never noticing the recoil or the muzzle blast . .

Same with handguns . . However in the case of automatic pistols, I've never had much luck with lead bullets in a 9, a .40 or a .45 . . They just don't feed worth a damn . . Usually, a hanger at about the 4th or 5th . .

And in the revolver, I like a rounded bullet because they work so much better when using the quick loaders . .

You just don't need Teflon coated virgin lead jacketed hollow points to shoot at paper . .
