they kill me with all that hazard crap , I bought a roll of welding WIRE , nothing on the roll but wire , and they charged me a hazard material fee at the store because when you weld with it the fumes are hazardus , well , no sh*t

dose any one know why every time i try to post a reply I get an invalid session message and I have to retry about 20 times

someone else was having the same trouble earlier...

well they sent me the stall back cause they must turned it upside down and got fluid everywhere..but i didnt know it had fluid in it cause only time i took it out of the box was to take a picture and i put it right back in it..So now u are telling me it hasd fluid in it,.well now i know cause when i sent it out they turned the box upside down and soked the box with the fluid..so now i had to put it in another box and now im going have to pay another shipping..but since u cant send me my pistons back then i cant send the stall back out..and im not going to watch u sell them and make money off them and still get your stall back..Well u lied to everyone said it cost 50.00 to ship out the stall..NOW IT DIDNT CAUSE I ONLY PAID 18.00 and a few cents to send it out the frist time..and you said your price to ship the pistons back out to me is 90.00 then im not going to pay u that..but if u will send them out COD then it will be like 25.00 then i will pay the shipping on them..So u want have to pay shipping on the pistons..But if u agree to that then i will send the stall back out..So let me know..But if u cant do that and give me my pistons and rods back then i cant send it back out..im trying to do the right thing here but im not going to watch u make money off the pistons and u still get the stall..i talked to mopar1964 and he told me theres no need me giving you the pistons..so if u want to send the pistons back out and ill pay the 25.00 that i paid to have them shipped to you then ill pay the shipping on the pistons and ill even pay the shipping on the stall again..So that way u want have to pay anything out of your pocket..So let me know and we can go from there..

Put them on there and then when they are in your album run your mouse over them and a lil thing will drop down and copy and paste the bottom link on that lil drop down menu.

And you never seem to take ANY responsability for anything. First the size of the pistons and now that there was fluid in the converter. Be a man. You should give him more than crappy pistons for all the headache you caused. Especially from someone who proclaims themself to be a great buyer and seller. well i have to pay for another shipping sincethat box got messed up..ill go ahead and send the stall back cause i am a man of my word..it will go into another box but i will get it out tomorrow and he can keep the pistons..cause a deal is a deal and i want to make it right..im not hard to get alone with but theres alot of people may think i am but im not..well ill get the stall out tomorrow and ill send yall another tracking number..So mud i am Sorry about everything and i really am but ill get the stall back out to you tomorrow ok thanks.

who ships a converter with fluid in it ... and then who the heck takes it out of the box and doesnt know it has fluid in it ...

Duct tape the hell outa the open hole in the converter,
so it CAN"T LEAK again and cause more problems :wink:

By the way that the box looks is that it drained itself. :lol: :lol:

yeah make sure it is empty before shipping it out. I say wrap it good in plactic wrap just to make sure

yea i drained it over night all ready and i taped the crap out of it..and i put a rag down it so all he has to do is take the tape off of it and pull out the rag..So like i said im a man of my word and im going to get it back out tomorrow..

yeap your right..it had a little in it when i got it back..but the box had on the top THIS END UP..But the dumb azz must turned it up side down..

well like i said i didnt know it had fluid in it at the time cause i never took the red cap off of it..i just took it out of the box and took a picture of it and i stuck it right back in the box..And yes he should help me pay on shipping but hes not going to do that..Ive allready had to pay it one time and way it looks im going have to pay for it again..But its kool im just ready to get this behind me so i can move on..But thanks..

yea i got to thinking that lano said me and mud should pay the shipping since it was part his fauilt too since he sent me the stall with fluid in it..and it was my fauilt for not checking it before i shipped it..But since it came back to me on me paying for it the first time then he should pay half on the shipping to get the stall back to him..i mean he is allready keeping my pistons and rods so after i had to pay it the first time then i think he should help pay for the shipping this time on the stall..What do yall think???

littlehotrod, sometimes in buisness you have to take it on the chin. pack the converter up so it wont leak, pay the shipping and get this whole bad deal behind you. that would be the best way to start to rebuild your reputation. jmo. mike

Yea thats what im going to do..im out more money than anything and im still not getting sh-t out of it..But thats ok..i have about 40.00 in shipping on the stall after i ship this out again..and then i have about 25.00 in the shipping on the pistons and i dont have anything to show for it..so really im getting screwed out of this deal..But thats ok..you win some and you loss some..

littlehotrod, let me ask you this. Is your reputation worth $65.00? If so box it up and ship it. There is a lesson to be learned here. Make sure the parts you are selling are indeed what you say they are. Not what someone told they are.JMO But you go ahead and do what you want you have in the past, then you come here and complain to everyone how badly you have been treated in the past. Just remember for every action there is a reaction.

I think not ... IMO he shouldnt of shipped it with fluid, but he must of had it sealed right so it did not leak, when you took it out something must of changed. I have no idea who takes a converter out of a box and cant tell it has fluid in it ?! you should of checked and drained it before shipping it. So really in theory he shipped it with it shame on him, but he shipped it so it wouldnt leak thumbs up for him. You shipped it with fluid and did not make sure it wouldnt leak .. shame on you. Plus no matter what the fact is, if he of got the right parts from the start none of this would be going on anyways .. so your at fault for that, so shipping is ALL on you.

Any Time I ship a converter or Something that (MIGHT) have some type of Fluid?I Wrap it in a HEFTY Garbage Bage then Tape the ends after Wrapping and Tieing it FRIMLY?
1 Other Thing,If you go the US Post Office and get a LARGE Flat rate Box,it will cost about 16.00 to ship that ANYWHERE in the US?I asssume that the Converter is NO Larger than a 10"?I have shipped up to 10" Converters all over the US,in a Large FLAT RATE Box.16.00 NOT 50.00!
