nnnnahh its all good Chris..as my old Boss use to say...."It takes more then One monkey to run this show" and I have seen some Monkies on here the last few years.

I been in the shadows the last few Months and what I have seen more then Not is people jumping the gun before they have the facts, getting their feelins hurt,talking trash about the site then threaten to quit the site..and almost in that order........I been biting my tongue until now...

well then Brian, speak up and lets here it!

I will guarantee if someone goes to other sites and starts jumping conclusions and complaining (all the time about somthing) and Putting down the Site,talking trash to Mod's,admins and Site owners..I WILL BET ALL I HAVE that person will not be around long..

Like it or Not Racingjunk is the best full racing site out there..and Yes this is My opinion after 8 years of hanging around...

What I really think is Members and long time guest need to concentrate on upholding the site and saying good things about it instead of talking down about evertyhing they get the chance to and then threaten to quit the site like they are so important on here to where the site will not make it without them..to be honest i am glad to see people sign off for good that has this kind of attitude... it brings the site down...just look at this thread.


for the record i am not speaking of Scorp nor do i have any issues with Tod...they are both grown men and i hope they work it out among themselves even it means coming down not liking each other and not speaking on-line...Both contribute to this site with little complaning...so these 2 guys need to stay around they IMO are not weakening the site with childish raves

I think what you said hit the nail on the coffin. I was thinking of making a thread about all the BS that has gone on here. All the childish antics and temper tamtruns I think have gone on long enough. RJ is the first site that I have joined and have felt like a family member on. Yeah I am on a couple others but this site is what started it all. I will never leave this site. This site has some great people that I hope I will be able to meet one day and possibly run against. I know I have said much on here lately but I do check in every night my time.

I just hope that we can all get back to the way that we were.

Hello Everyone. Been gone a few days selling product to all the hunting junkies out there (2011). I get back & I see this thread.

Look- I am not the best at temper control & staying out of pissing matches. I got my flaws... said a few dumb things here & there too... I guess social graces are not my best attribute.

I see these threads lately- sucks. We are the "Sharks", unified by our love for motor sports, hot rods, drag racing, killing scammers, etc... we are a family that should not be separated like this. Been here years now & I feel like I have friends away from home.... all over. There are things said that are pretty tough to take back. People are bailing out. Here is what I don't get: we are all here for similar reasons... bound by our love for cars. We are all pretty conservative, we all seem to be a lot alike, many of us are believers in God too. We help each other, we help those in need, we help those who have been scammed, bring some to justice... as a team. This team is breaking down some here.... so what are we gonna do??? walk away & raise the middle finger??? Come on. This team is no different than a football team; we make threads little by little, one by one, like a football team does inches. We give some, we gain some. So why the hell are we turning on each other lately??? Hell, if I am wrong about something, I will give you back a YARD. I owe you that as your friend. I gotta suck it up & say: "OOPS, I screwed up again" "sorry fellas" my bad. Are we so damn good that we have lost an open mind for a different view??? As yourself this question: are we different now than 5 years ago???? I don't think so. So, how much do those inches mean to you then??? You gonna keep them??? Yep Mark, you are so right. We all have had a issue or two in the past, one way or another. We need to huddle up & remember all those things said in the past. We type our communication!! there is little small talk; we have all shared some serious pain, had many laughs, etc.... some of us have poured our GUTS OUT in times of trial. You all know what I am talking about.... think about it. The team is under attack.

Together here we have seen: Death, addiction, disease, divorce, people have lost family, seen some hard stuff here... openly talked about the pain life brings to our tables. We have won too!! Scammers have seen justice!! People we know have healed when we were not sure they had another day left. We made deals, scored some killer ETA's, jumped lights, spun bearings, wiped cams & BLEW OUT SYNCHROS!!!! Many things have happend on here... we all took it together on the chin at the end of the day.... supporting each other one way or another.

Now this crap? Come on. We are better. It is simple: we are under attack. We gonna give in?? Too hard to fix?? Bull-chit.

Yeah, I'm a little confused. I would like to know what a Mod can and can't do. I understand someone has to be in charge but what are the limitations? Can they change posts? Can they check our pm's? Just curious.

I've been a good member, I love this site, I have made many productive posts and rarely if EVER get involved in pissing matches, I let this thread lay for 4 pages before I said one word and it was just a poke to try and lighten the mood, you BRIAN obviously took as an attack, whatever dude, you clearly have issues you need to deal with.

Scoot IF his post was edited I have No clue how to finger print this...the 1st time I saw his post it was as it was...just like sometime when you edit your post it will show edited at the bottom and sometime it won't...i have no answer to this...then he came back on here stating that his post was edited and made the accusations toward a Mod and I got news for CP and others..there are some very savy computer people out here that editing a post is simple beans for them.....Cp won't admit it but he made his "i" post comment cause he wanted to be a smart a$$ now he is saying he did that to lighten the Mood...Bullcrap....what many do not remember is that Cp took a Cheap shot at me months back and I let it ride...i just didn't let him get by with it this time...besides this thread had nothing to do with CP in the begining....My inbox has been full of complaints to clean up the site with trouble makers and Chit Starters..Well i finally did just that...

If your pm box is burning up with complaints then I think that would be best. Your personal "war" with the troublemakers isn't the way to go. In all fairness, you have the mod button, not us. List the names of the troublemakers you suggest we have in the regulars here. I agree to leave if deemed a troublemaker, would you? Would anyone else? I can believe your explanation of the editing situation.......Maybe every now and then it doesn't say it was edited. I just wonder why Charlie would lie about it though (not saying he lied) if in fact he did.
