Once you get to physical therapy, do everything they say - especially at home. I was lazy on my home workout and it caused me a huge delay in recovery from shoulder replacement.

Hope you get well soon. Alot of racing to do this summer.

hammer good to hear that you survived the fall, but painful results.
I CAN relate to your injuries, i have been painting signs for 25yrs and have not ended up in a wheel chair, just some broken bones. when i was painting water tanks and hanging from a seat scafle, i knew if i fell i would not survive the fall, and on a ladder 30ft up, i would end up in a wheel chair. time will mend, hope the change of weather is easy on your bones, i can tell when the weather is going to change. just like working under the car, we all need to be safe, mend quickly, bud |
Hammer-
Glad you are ok. I will pray for you. Hey, when I broke my arms in 05, I had a heck of a time w/ #2... had to wrap toilet paper around & around on the end of a compound bow limb (14.5") & wipe accordingly (true story)... it would take like 25 minutes... each time. I hope you don't have to do the same thing!! If you do, I will get you a 14.5" bow limb from work & mail it to you if you want. Scooter |
