If you agreed on and received $4,100.00 send the man's part.Done deal.As for the $35.00 bank fee,Not his problem.I sent a blower setup and fuel hat and some other parts from alabama to north west washington.I agreed on $100.00 shipping.When i shipped it costed me $140.00 UPS had a fuel surcharge and charge for oversize package that i didn't account for. I did the right thing.I sent man's parts.It wasn't his fault.I would have felt like a jerk if i had asked him for more money.
