I have seen people get a waiver to join the Army when they have felonies on their record. I had one in my last unit before I got out that had like 3 felonies on his record and they still let him join. |

Get it organized so you can notify local law enforcement, and all those people who emailed you- they should be a part of the report. Forums, so many forums- Whatever you do dont post on all the big ones telling them to watch out for Bill Hurter, that might hurter his ability to transact business on the web. A shame you dont know his enlistment officer. Oh thats right you know everything about him now, guess that would be easy to verify.
