Racing Junk ad upgrades started today!
 

Just wanted to let everyone know that today Racing Junk launched a new ad listing page. Its a huge improvement from the previous version. Pictures sizes are larger, much cleaner look and there is a added section called "similar classifieds" to suggest to people other items they might want to look at.
I have a current ad running and it looks great, th pictures are HUGE!


Along with this roll out we've also updated the footer and added a partner scroll across the bottom of the page.

I am impressed. Best thing RJ has done. My ad looks great, and it also gives the potential buyer
some info on who he or she is dealing with.

I must be doing something wrong. The adds show up only on the right side of the page. Big open area in the middle and left side. I really cannot even read the adds. Is it me or ???

I checked my adds this morning and everything seems OK. Try again, might be some kind of a temporary glitch.

It is still doing the same thing. The add starts coming up, then the picture and text shifts to the right side. I can barely read it. Everything was fine until the upgrade happened. Wish somebody could help me see the adds. Not just mine, but other things I am looking at.

Are you using Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or some other internet application? Need to make sure your compatibility mode is turned on. I am having no issue seeing the ads on my laptop, desktop or tablet

I am using IE.

Thats weird cause I have now tried it on 2 different desktops, my laptop, phone and tablet and have no issues

Any chance if being able to post pictures directly from a folder on you desktop or phone again?

Swiley are you talking about the forum or ads on RJ?

Hi Scoop, This is Becky from RJ. We finally found the problem, ad blockers in IE are breaking the page. Our programmers are working on fixing it and it should go live midday Monday the 7th. Thanks!

Swiley I can not upload from my computer either. I click on the picture icon, choose my computer, choose the file and nothing happens
I will get a hold of someone at RJ and see whats up

I was placing an ad and had to leave before finishing it, got as far as uploading the main picture, which
I did. Came back an hour later, clicked on continue ad and had to start over from the beginning. The old
system allowed you to come back to where you left off.

Hi Jayvee34, Becky from RJ here. You should always be able to finish an ad. Did you go into your account and click on Unfinished Ads or was it just completely gone? Thanks!

I did go to my account and I did get an E-mail 1 day later fro RJ sayin that I had a unfinished ad. I tried
again. When I clicked on finish ad all I got was the main photo that I had up loaded and would have to start from the beginning. I tried several times and got the same results. So I cancelled or deleted the unfinished ad.

Hi Jayvee34, That isn't good. I would like to try it if you wanted to enter another unfinished ad and I will try and push it through. I will make sure to give you some upgrades to make it stand out! Let me know. Also, what browser do you use? Thanks! Becky
