Hey Guys..sorry for the long absence..i had toooooo much going on lately. i am about to get things straightened out...thanks for the post

Yes i did run the vette (shakedown)...got a pretty good launch (3500 transbrake..) and ran a 1.14 60ft...went into 2nd gear and the tires broke loose ..come to find out front right brake caliper spit out some seals and thru brake fluid all under car and rear tires.....still ran 130 mph and off the gas 100 or so ft out..
the car is a nos car..converter is real tight..so it really doesn't start pull real hard until 100ft out..but when it does....whoaaaaaa..

just by this pass ..i feel the car will run some 145-146 mph on motor..the 60 ft time is telling me high 80's--low 90's with the NOS converter etc..

could be quicker with all motor converter...

who knows what et on a single stage 300 shot....lol  ...couple more tenths maybe :?:

Well Brian,
I for one am glad to see you back, you are an intelligent person so i'm sure you'll get it worked out. i for one thought history was repeating itself where another poster who thought he knew everything in another section of the forum caused your dis-appearences. I think that 95% of the people know who i'm talking about, he knew so much that people started deleting their questions in that section, and he quit posting about the same time you did. I'm glad that wasn't the case, if you need help PM me, we go back too far to not talk (40 yrs.).

Your friend Zip.
