NYES looking to buy need help?
 

Are they a good shop to work with? I talked to Pat real nice guy on the phone and willing to talk to me about the motors. Willing to use some of my parts I will need to ship them to him. Help me! I am looking to buy a BBC pump gas motor. I live on the East coast just don’t know much about these guys at NYES. Would love to work with NYES for my new motor.

I only know Nyes by reputation and it is good. I have 2 friends that have used Pat. One has machine work done there, the other just bought a 383 SBC engine there. Both of them are satisfied. If I didn't build my own motors I would use Nyes too.

I talked with Pat at Nyes about 2 wks ago, Nice guy on the phone, we talked about what I was looking for in a short block, but he never called me back with a price. Not saying anything bad about Nyes, Just would of been nice if he called back. I did leave a message last week w/ no call back. IDK Maybe it was me ?

No he didn't. When I talked with him last he was starting to dyno a motor and might of slipped his mind.

I talk to him weekly I'll remind him :)

Thanks, he called on tuesday. I already dropped my motor off at a local guy last friday. Nyes price was very good, but I pulled the tricker already, I did buy some parts that I needed from Pat during our conversation. He said it got shuffeled under things on his desk and he found it and said oh shit.
