Anybody deal with SC5199 James Gallus
 

Sent him some money for some stuff, and he has bot responded, not saying he wont but just getting a little worried, anybody deal or know him?

still no reply from polara. I sent sc5199 money 3 weeks ago and still have no package. sounds like they might be working together. I sent polara 3 pm's and he never replied. I talked to sc5199 many times and he sounds straight up but the fact is I have no package. he says he sent it 2 weeks and 2 days ago. he told me I would have a refund but that hasn't happened yet. I will see what happens.

I sent the money and he said he sent it out, and still have not received thee stuff.

james gallus is a scammer and a thief. he took money from me and from polara for the same stuff and told both of us he sent it to both of us. no more mr nice guy james, you have messed with the wrong person. i have heard you are following the f.e.d. circuit so i will be seeing you down the road. dont turn your back because you just never know who might pop up for a little visit. you will be getting a certified letter soon to appear in court for theft and mail fraud charges which is a felony. see you soon you scum bag.

just to let you know james, i have family that lives in indy and are 15 mins from the track so i just might meet you there.

i was just out of town racing a few times, wasnt sending packages as fast as i should have been, or replying for that matter. ive messaged you and my9secskylark. i can understand you both being upset. it will be made right. everyones stuff is now sent. i apologize for not returning messages fro a few days. i WAS out of town. a long ways from home. and no, i did not have a laptop to check this stuff. not upset about anything anybody has said.... but its not true. i will prove that now that i am home

no. i had more than i was claiming. yes ill admit that. if i wasnt ging to be by the computer all the time i shouldnt have posted the stuff to sell. its that simple. ill fess up to that. its all getting settled now. im keepin my stuff. and returning the money.

Your keeping the items?? when I asked you if it was shipped and what was the tracking number, your reply was 'sent" what was sent???
and this was on the 10th of June.

my9secskylarks package was back at my door when i returned home. yours is not, but thats not your problem, its mine, so Im just saying, ill send you the money back, and my9secskylark jst wants his money backtoo. no problem. thats what i was saying my intentions were. just to return the funds ad keep what i had.
