Scam
 

I had someone claiming to be Paul Daniels from san Bernardo, California send me a fake check today for my legend car. And he said he would send a shipper at my convience along with twice the amount of money it would cost to ship the car included in the check. The phone number was a txt only number which was (304)-683-1823 registered to a house in West Virginia. Then he said the car was being sent to Texas. Watch out for this guy.

Just had a similar thing happen. He texted and wouldnt answer my call. 214-612-5368 told me his name was Bobby Steven from CA but when I googled his number it showed Texas number. He wanted to send me a check also. I told him I wasnt interested in selling him parts

Just received a check from this guy, looks like it will be going back in the mail, sounds like I just about put myself in a bad spot. Not happening. Hope he is looking at the thread and is on the lookout for his bogus check.
