In a word, NO. You picture an open wheeled 'Modified' and the rules are for a full body 'Late Model' incorporating a factory roof line.
Also not knowing what kind of rear suspension in the Modified as the rules listed require steel leaf springs. Lots of unknowns about the Modified.
Are you talking about the probability of hanging a full body onto the Modified chassis ?
I'd ask the tech guy at the track you anticipate racing at.

modifieds usually 3 or 4 link those are 2 different birds as far as cars go
