how do I set up an alert to watch a specific ad or certain kind of car?

Open the ad, look at the right side about halfway down there is a tab that says "add to favorites", just click on it. To keep an eye on the ad after that go to the "social" tab at the top and click on "my favorite ads" and it will show all the ones you are watching.
