Had a friend that had a 1 ton with the 6.2 in it. He pulled a 24' enclosed with a RED it was kind of a DOG on that chassis. With the xtra wieght of the MH chassis, if you get into any hills you may have a problem.
I had a 6.5 TD in a 1 ton crew cab. That motor works very well with the turbo. 28' enclosed with a 3000# door car, was no problem! Not sure you would be happy with the 6.2 Whats the ad # on E Bay

I think both of you guys are right, it is an older motor home and not turbocharged, it's also a 1000 miles away.
Here's the ad #260121729513 on ebay.
After making this post i found a 27' Alegro about 100 miles away with a 454 chevy, 86, model @ $5,000.00. I know that will pull the trailer, also with a 3,000 lb door car.
It's supposed to be very clean and everything is supposedly in good condition.
