Oh, thought maybe you got a response from him on the PM. I'll post a photo of the problem area. Maybe it will help in understanding part of the the problem. See how the gussets on each side of the tube cover the two center studs? Expensive to fix since they need to be replaced! There are numerous issues with this thing besides the obvious misrepresentation. I could over look the fact it's not an MW if it were in reasonable condition.
