The ad was not reported because he did not misrepresent it.
Like I said before, and you state your in the auto industry, why didn't you pull the pan, check the motor over before you paid for it and loaded into your van?
a couple hundred in gas and van rental would have been better than what your going through.

Again , did u not read the pm's ?? I put a link for the pm conversation so it was misrepresented . I didnt pull the pan because i didnt want to make it seem like i didnt believe him an plus i believe i asked the same question/s more than once an got same response. So again its my fault an the only REASON im posting in case ur arent reading the thread is to let OTHER forum members or racing JUNK members know this guy is no good an if u want to argue about then go ahead because the fact is he lied about it an thats it . I never said ur guys were enemies so dont assume an if i didnt care then i would let someone else get nailed by him.

If it is in YOUR account I cannot get in to look and neither can ANYONE else.
That is why we have 3 Stickys that say to read before you post, we need all the information, not just what you choose to put in.
I am sorry if you were lied to and I have no way to see that, but that is on you not me.
I am not trying to be a jerk, just letting you know that from what we can see, it was just a bad deal.
Also, just advice for the future, if you buy used take it apart, don't trust a guy just because he says it is what it is, but I think you already learned that one.
