I’d look beyond rotor runout. Under hard braking, heat can expose a loose/worn hub bearing, ball joint, spindle, caliper mount, or flexing stock strut/control-arm setup. Check wheel bearings and all fasteners hot and cold. Also verify toe under load; factory specs may not suit a drag setup. A dial indicator on the hub/rotor can help isolate it.
