Cam is way too small, i run .668 roller in my 377" and when it was a flat tappet it was a .597 with a 406", 38 degrees is alright maybe a little high for a light car, you didn't say what size tire but you shouldn't be running out of rpm in the lights. Header size is o'k but zoomies do not performe as well as a good set of headers, even on stacks injection, blowers yes.
