Give the money back to him. We have been on Ebay for 8 years, 99.3 rating. Would be 100 if not for a two dollar pair of earrings and a cookie jar my wife bought in the first month of us being on Ebay. We sell under hollowayshotrods. Keep your excellent rating, we wish we had. I really do wish RJ would install a rating system like that. I agree with the others, couldn't use them, so lets make up something to return them.
