I Know if it were me in your shoes. I would see them in jail for strong arm robbery AND take their car and sell for the balance owed under the mechanics lien Law.. :twisted:
then i still might lay a Civil suit on them of some kind ..i'm sure there is something they damaged in your SHOP :!:
In jail facing 15 years with having to get a lawyer to represent you for thousands of dollars AND your car is still sold and still may get jail time.........yeahhh that would sting pretty good with stiff lesson to be learned.
But now that is just me..i am sure you will make the best call for you David.
