I was in car club named the river city air coolers - we held a benefit race for St Judes childrens research hosiptal at MMP.
I ran what I thought was a very fast 69 bug, I believe the ET was in the 14 second range,
ops: I practised at several test and tune sessions prior to the event and I killed them on the light all day, ended up winning 1st place in super street.
I still have the pay out envelope to this day but the money has long since been gone, but I've been hooked ever since.
A win build's confidence right?
Ran the regular bracket program the very next weekend and got my a$$ handed to me every round....lol
Sold the bug, bought a 63 falcon futra V8 and tried again with better results.
