Well, I just took new set of Groden's in on trade, I have used grp & mgp in the past. No problems with either one for drag strip applications. I use the oliver rod for street applications.

Just curiouis, They look like a nice set and the owner says he backs them up strip or street.... Yeah you heard me.......Street or Strip

The only thing I can say about using aluminum rods for daily drivers is a 1932 Boat Tail Bear Cat Stutz utilized aluminum rods. Not many of those cars made, but the one I know of is still running strong on its original build.
