2 quarts of water in oil pan means you need a new motor

Potential problems, from bad to worse.

1) blown intake gasket
2) blown head gasket
3) cracked head
4) cracked block
5) all the above

Break the tools out, this aint gonna be a $6 can stop leak fix.

I'd start by pulling intake, u might get lucky if it's just a leaking intake gasket, if not - start yanking heads and so on.
