depending on your top end speed from 1/8 on up to the 1/4 , I had a 69 chevell w/29x10s and from the 1/8 on up they grew a 1'' and rubbed on my wheel well. and that was pulling through the 1/8 at 6.40 and 10 flat in the 1/4 @8000 rpm because I had it geared wrong with a 538. so it may cost you 2 or 3 hundred rpms
