update
As of 2:00 today 3/28/2011 the check has not cleared the bank. but I know it was delivered. I have a delevery confomation of feb. 22 2011 at 2:40 pm. the number and address zip gave me turned out to be his x-wife. She told me that he is living at the address in the first message I posted.There is some sort of small apartment there. She did however give me is son's phone number I will try him after 5:00. If that dose not work next step THE LAW!!!
