id tell the hoa to kiss myn as$ and if the judge agreed with them id tell him the same thing. i would NOT tear it down and i would NOT pay any kind of fine. id sit in jail before i would cave.let the papers get a handle of a vet sittin in jail because he wouldnt tear down his kids swing set.
