got another one for my collection
i helped some friends move a few weeks ago and behind an old corner china hutch that has been there since they moved.... we found a bolt action model 80 marlin firearms .22......now the model 80 was only made from 1930 to 1953! someone had painted the whole thing with black paint
they dont like guns and asked if i wanted it.... i said hell yeah
so i spent a few days and tore it down and used aircraft stripper on all the metal but left the black on the wooden stock. got it all back together and shoots like a dream and now you can see the beautiful chrome bolt and trigger too
