jobs come & jobs go, but.....if you sue your present employer part of the background check for you next job will include a search of the county & state court records ,this information is free and public. good luck getting another good job for life if your involved in a suit like that. take a long think on that. And your attourny will say oh no that wont happen, after he gets a cut out of any settlement he wont give a crap about you.

you are 100% right. I was crying like a little baby. It was a real kick in the balls. You are also right the layer will do nothing for me like I said he will do anything to take a case.
