Sellers false advertising
As a shopper/buyer, I've noticed that the sellers (mostly in the racing ads) list their race car saying it's a proven winner or this car is a winner (and even listing events they won driving that car) but they're selling the car as a roller. Well the fact is, the car isn't a winner without the engine that won the race, second the car is not autonomous, so therefore for the car to be a winner the driver has to have winning skills. FACT!!!
Another issue to be aware of is this one, seller advertising a complete roller but then lists everything that's not included which only makes what he's selling is just a frame and body panels. FYI, a complete roller means that everything is there minus engine & transmission. If you're keeping everything then list what you're selling just as it is: frame and body components for sale.
The above 2 paragraphs are to inform buyers of the false advertising by those listing vehicles on this site and to also inform the sellers that false advertising is illegal and is punishable by law to include hefty fines and prison time. So if you want to keep your law abiding record CLEAN, advertise exactly what you're selling in you're headline. If it's a complete roller (then you are only keeping eng/trans) if the car won races (then state it's a potential winner with same set-up and driver skills).
