I guess Anthony Finn from Bellwood Illinois is a scammer

If you get a judgement against him, usually there will be a warrant issued for failure to pay if you push it. If they have their license ran after that, a lot of times they will be picked up and held until they take care of it...

Thanks for the suggestions.
He has no license.
A judgment has to be filed where the complaint comes from. Only makes anything happen in your home county. Then you have to get it filed in his county and the police have to serve it there. Both cost money to get done. And results are not guaranteed.
I have the complaint ready to send to the Illinois State attorney Generals office Consumer Fraud
Dept.. They will only send a letter to him and tell him to send me back the money, which he may not do.
The fact that 2 other members of Racing Junk, who have been ripped off by him, have contacted me and given their information about Anthony J Finn, I have included that in my complaint and they could take more interest in the case, if they choose.
I way I see it, only a face to face can solve the problem. I am 3 hours away, but sure could use some local recon of his area to see if he even exists at his residence of 231 Englewood Ave. Bellwood Illinois, 60104
Any takers?
