I have the zz430 engine from Pace:

I was wondering if there is some stuff i can do to improve the performance without changing the whole engine. Like maybe a bigger cam? Or?

Do whatever you want to do . . Once you start it, it's just another used SBC . .
That's based on the fact that I know three different people with real ZZ430s and that's what they have now . . a used SBC with neat Valve covers . .

I think that installing a bigger or more aggressive camshaft can significantly improve the engine's airflow and, consequently, its power output. When selecting a cam, consider your vehicle's intended use (street, drag, track) to ensure you get a cam profile that matches your needs.

I feel that introducing a greater or more forceful camshaft can fundamentally work on the motor's wind stream and, thusly, its power yield. While choosing a cam, think about your vehicle's expected use (road, drag, track) to guarantee you get a cam profile that matches your necessities.
