alternator help

hey sledgehammer, i need a 1 wire that will charge well i'm driving on the street at low rmps. i haved tried just about every brand with no luck. i seen somewere that a guy says his will and i can' remember were i seen it. it was someone doing it out of a small shop or his house. i have put a volt meter on alot of alternators and none of them are charging below 2500rmp. if anyone has any info please help.

thanks oobob, as good as i think i is only shows how dumb i is :lol: lol. good point i will change the pully and see if that helps. thanks again for pointing out the easy fix :lol: lol. the only thing i have to say is you should have fixed this for me last yr :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

lively, i have been knowen to have a brain fart from time to time but this one may be the biggest lol. i do have a tow strap and rev limiter and i don't think your very funny. :lol: :lol: :lol:

YOU KNOW IT IS LIKE THE TIME I CHANGED MY OIL IN MY CREW CAB AND STARTED THE ENGINE TO LET IT BUILD PRESSURE AND THEN NOTICED THE 5 QUARTS SITTING ON THE FENDER!!!!!!! :roll: :roll: IT WAS NOT HURT BUT!!!!!!!!!! STUPID ANYWAY ops: ops: ops:
