I go for Strange. That is what I run in both of my cars. I have the 40 spline setup in my dragster and 35 spline in my truck. I am switching gears and dropped one of my axles, it hit the concrete floor spline first and chipped the concrete...lol... Not a mark on the axle.
I have put plenty of passes on both setups and havent had any issues. My best advice is the get the biggest and best that you can afford. My rear is rated for 2000 hp and tranny is rated to 1200 hp, but my motor is under 750. That way I have some cushion... Hope this helps....

I put a set of 31 spline Mosers in an 80 ElCamino 3000 lbs. Street legal w/full spool drove it an average of 50-75 miles a week on the street and occassional trips to the track. Leaving on the bumper 1.30 60' - 8.90s @ 154 mph small block car and axles are just now showing signs of twist.
Moser worked for me , no complaints after taking them way beyond their intended use and these where "street axles". [/url]
