Onsite restaurant and a RV Park available for racers.
Track can be used as a "Street Outlaw" track for the Midwest
Business is located on approximately 100 acres and has an RV park as part of the grounds. All buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained. Track surface has been recently ground and polished to provide racers with the best possible racing conditions. Equipment is current and should not need to be updated for at least 5 years.
The RV park has 85 pads and infrastructure to expand another 50+ sites. Each site has electrical connections with a 100amp service consisting of a 50, 30, and 20amp fuse. Sewage is held in one of Seven 2000-gallon tanks and filtered by sand. Water is supplied by an 800-foot-deep well and monitored with monthly samples to insure safe drinking water to the park. The tower and its restrooms are supplied with an additional well and septic system. Revenue from the park only is a bit over $40,000.00 per year as it has not been advertised as a public park.
