Coordination between family and caregiver
 

My siblings and I take turns helping our dad, but sometimes we forget to update each other about small things—like if he already took his medication or if someone scheduled an appointment. Now we’re also considering hiring outside help, and I worry it’ll get even more confusing without clear communication. Has anyone found a good way to keep everyone on the same page so nothing falls through the cracks?

That way, everyone knew who was responsible for what, and my aunt got consistent care without the stress of miscommunication.
