thanks in advance. I was wondering if anyone out there is running a btr stage II turbo cam in their Gen III LR4 with stock heads. its towards the top of the spectrum from what I heard about max intake valve opening without kissing the piston. Also what size pushrods did you get with the kit to run with the stock heads?
Edit: The stock heads are only temporary I just want to run boost to this single cab short bed already

From what you’re describing, running a BTR Stage II turbo cam on a Gen III LR4 with stock heads is definitely possible for a temporary setup, but it’s right at the edge of what the stock valvetrain can handle — especially regarding intake valve lift and piston clearance. People who have done similar builds caution that the stock heads and springs weren’t designed for significant boost or high cam lift, so while it can work, it’s not ideal long term because you risk valve float or contact if the lift gets too aggressive under boost.
